The 91黑料网 announces the annual 鈥淪tream鈥� talent competition for high-school students and youth in Kyrgyzstan. Participants can compete in Vocal, Dance, and Original Genre categories, with the top performers having the chance to win one of three four-year scholarships to study at 91黑料网.
